Easter is THIS SUNDAY! With such an early calendar date this year, it snuck up on me fast. I do have a couple of items that I got well in advance, but I’ll definitely be completing the rest of Evie’s basket this week. Here are my Easter basket picks for Evelyn’s second Easter.

Bunnies By The Bay Dollie – Who doesn’t love a cute new bunny at Easter time?

Pottery Barn Beatrix Potter Plates – I wanted to buy these last year already, but by the time I got around to it they were sold out. So this year, I bought them right when they came out for the holiday season. I love the idea of pulling these special plates out each year, during the week of Easter to make meals a little more festive.

Fancy Nancy’s Elegant Easter Book – I always take advantage of an opportunity to add to Evie’s book collection. We read books every night before bedtime.

Annie’s Homegrown Organic Bunny Graham Snacks – We bought these the other week and she was obsessed! She wasn’t feeling good and they were one of the only things she would actually eat. Such a yummy snack to add to her Easter basket in replacement of candy.

Easter Egg Sidewalk Chalk – Evie loves crayons, markers, paint and anything that she can color with. Last summer, she was a little too young to use sidewalk chalk, but this year I have a feeling I’m not going to be able to get her to come inside when she’s playing with chalk.

Wind-up Hopping Chick & Bunny – These are just cute little add-ins that I can bring out each Easter season. You wind them up and they hop around which is pretty funny to a toddler!

Disney Frozen Mini Toy Figures – I wanted something to stuff in plastic Easter eggs besides candy since she’s too young for that. These tiny little figurines will fit great and she is very into characters toys and having them “talk” to one another. You’ll have to decide if your child is old enough for them because they could be a choking hazard if your little one likes to put things in her mouth. They are recommended for ages 8 and up, so keep that in mind.

What Easter basket stuffers are you most excited about this year?

  1. We have the blue egg plate. PBKids comes out with the cutest holiday stuff. I especially love the Peter rabbit collection!
