When I found out I was pregnant with baby number two, I started looking for a hands-free style diaper bag that would work for both toddler and baby. Loving all the Petunia Pickle Bottom bags I’ve seen my friends use, I checked their website first and fell in love with their Intermix Collection. I’m a sucker for little inserts, removable bags, and handy compartments. This diaper bag has all that and more. Plus, I always look for a trendy looking bag that does NOT look like an actual diaper bag.
I chose a hands-free backpack so that I could juggle both a baby and a toddler. Evelyn can be a little daredevil, so I need all the hands I can get! After you choose your bag, you can explore all the little extra inserts for what suites you. If you only add on one extra bag, make sure you get the Grid Caddy. It fits perfectly inside the bag and you can take it out and attach it to your stroller handles if you’d like! I also chose the Midi Pixel bag to keep small items like lip gloss, medicine, band-aids, and lotion organized. The Cool Pixel is insulated and can fit four small bottles and an ice pack in it, so it’s perfect for storing bottles of milk or snacks.
There are four super useful large pockets on the outside for easy access. I usually store things like my keys, bottles, sunglasses, and my phone in these pockets. The back pocket serves as a great spot for wipes, diapers, extra toddler undies, and flat items like books or an iPad.
By the way, how sweet is this soft cloth bear book from Wee Gallery!? It has the cutest bold, black and white pictures of animals on the inside, making it a perfect first book for this baby boy on the way.
Let me know if you have any questions about this awesome Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bag! My husband doesn’t even mind carrying it around, it’s so neutral.
