Let’s be real. How often do you feel torn between spending time with your kiddos or getting a chore done? As moms or dads, I know we’ve all had to deal with the struggle between finding balance between household responsibilities and just playing with our kids… enter bObi Classic by bObsweep. Problem solved. At least for one task 😉 

Everyone in my family has a robotic vacuum because they just make sense and are so cool! I remember watching the Jetsons as a kid and thinking, “wow, I wonder when we’ll have robots who can do chores for us like Rosie the robot maid”. That day is finally here. While I may not fly around in a spaceship (yet), I can take advantage of a sweet robotic vacuum to take one thing off my to-do list. Saying “bObi” is close enough to “Rosie” in my book. 

Pushing a vacuum around an entire home can easily gobble up at least an hour in a day, but what would you do if you had that time back? For me, I would spend that time with my kiddos. Get on the floor and play, laugh, and make those sweet memories that life is made of. 

I love that bObi not only keeps my floors clean, but she looks good doing it. The compact sleek design in snow white makes her blend in with my home’s decor. She has over 80 sensors that help her navigate and learn my home’s floor plan. She sucks up everything in site, so make sure the little toys are picked up before she starts.

I for one, run her during naptime. Otherwise, Levi follows her around like we have a new pet! And he’s getting fast enough on those little knees to catch her and put toys in her way just for fun. LOL! She does make noise, but not loud enough to interrupt a nap. 

Using the the remote control, I can program a schedule for whatever day and time that I like best, so that vacuuming truly does become a mindless task. And, if she starts up and I don’t want her to run, I simply press “juice” and she’ll go home to her base to charge. 

When you become a mom, they say it takes a village, so build a tribe. bObi is part of my tribe. 🙂
