Evelyn and I had so much fun making this Halloween Monster Wafer Cookies recipe. It is the perfect fall project and recipe for little hands. She had a blast dipping the wafers in chocolate and choosing her sprinkles for each one. I think her favorite part was putting on the eyeballs and seeing her cookies come to life! Don’t be afraid to turn on Monster Mash and taste test a few throughout the project either 😉
The ingredients are simple!
- Wafer cookies
- White chocolate chips
- Sprinkles
- Edible eyeballs

The key is finding the candy eyeballs, so I linked a set here from Amazon.
First, spread out all of your ingredients along with a pan so that you’re ready to go once the chocolate melts. Then, melt the chocolate chips. Only melt half a bag at a time or the chocolate might harden too fast for the kiddos. To melt the chocolate chips, just microwave in a bowl at 50% power in 30 second increments until smooth. Stir in between each time. It usually takes about 2 minutes or so. Another tip is to have a bowl that your kids can do the sprinkling over. It catches the extra sprinkles so that you can still use them.
Happy Halloween!
