HAPPY FRIDAY! Last week, you guys saw my perfect weekDAY momiform, but this week I’m sharing all about my perfect weekEND momiform. What better day to inspire a new weekend look than Friday, or what I like to call FriYAY! 😉 Keep reading to check out my recent shopping trip at Hilldale where I found my weekend momiform look.

MADEWELL

Give me ALLLLL the Madewell jeans. Seriously, I am in love. Usually, it’s hard for me to find a pair of jeans that I like on my body. I’ve got a booty, I’m short (only 5’3″), and I just had a baby, so finding jeans that are flattering can take a lot of trial and error try-on sessions. BUT, I felt amazing in Madewell jeans. I’m pretty sure I had six pair I wanted to take home with me, but I narrowed it down to a pair of black button-through skinny jeans… at least for this shopping trip. I’ve already been thinking about the jeans that I’m going to buy the next time I shop at Madewell! 

CAFE PORTA ALBA

I just had to give a quick shout out to Café Porta Alba where we stopped for lunch to fill our bellies and give our feet a rest in between all the shopping. The cafe boasts a real wood-fired oven, and the bread on my caprese sandwich was delicious! I want to go back to try out the Neapolitan pizzas! 

LUCKY BRAND

Okay, back to the search for my weekend momiform pieces. Next up, I visited Lucky Brand where I browsed for jewelry. I was on the search for a simple piece since I don’t usually wear anything too loud when it comes to my jewelry. I’m drawn to long simple necklaces, studs for earrings, bracelets that don’t jangle, and I usually go with gold. I ended up buying a simple yellow gold and rose gold skinny hinge bracelet that you’ll see in the final photos. It’s simple yet adds a finishing touch to my momiform.

EVEREVE

EVEREVE is such an adorable store and really caters to moms! They have a kids activity table in the center of the store with a big jar of goldfish crackers to entertain the kiddos while you shop… how cute is that?! Sometimes I feel self-conscious bringing my kids into stores for fear I’m disrupting the mood, but EVEREVE made a special spot just for kids to make moms with kids feel welcome and comfortable. I definitely want to go back and put together an entire outfit as they had SO many cute options from head to toe to pick from. I grabbed a couple dressy tops to cater to my weekend momiform look. 

So, while I absolutely LOVE leggings, a cozy top, and comfy shoes for my weekday look, my weekend momiform kicks it up a notch with black jeans, a stylish top, and simple jewelry.
