It took me a long time to choose blinds for our new home. I was intimidated by the entire process of buying blinds online. All I knew is that I wanted farmhouse style blinds or shades for my entire house.

My husband said installing the blinds was soooo easy. He had installed blinds at our old house and they were not even close to being as easy as these were. He says you don’t really have to be a handy person to hang them.
Enjoying Blinds
I am LOVING the high quality look and feel of all of the blinds in our new home. The woven wood blinds are just the right shade of neutral and add a luxurious look to our large living room windows.
The faux wood blinds look lovely in the bedrooms. I knew I wanted to be able to let light in the bedrooms without having the shades completely up. That is why I ultimately went with blinds I could tilt open rather than something that would leave the window exposed completely.
My thought was the exact opposite for the living room. I wanted to let ALL the light in during the day, so I wanted a shade that would pull up completely during the day, yet still look decorative.

I love the texture of the woven blinds. I’m thinking to replace the ones we currently have in our home and I’m definitely looking into something with a more natural texture and fabric. And I love as well how the neutral shade looks in your livingroom! :X
